Sessions & Fees
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy:
Initial Consultation – £50 – 60 minute session
The initial consultation is a preliminary discussion to assess your needs and goal(s). There is no hypnosis treatment during the initial consultation, however, a complimentary relaxation CD/download will be provided for use at home in between sessions and will form an integral part of your therapy.
Standard Hypnotherapy – £60 per session – 50 to 60 minutes per session
Children 12 and under – £50 per session – approximately 40 minutes per session
Stop Smoking – £110 - a single session which lasts between 1½ to 2 hours
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy works fairly quickly and although an individual client’s needs may vary, the average number of sessions required for standard therapy is 8 to 14. Phobias are generally 3-4 sessions and stop smoking only requires one double-length session.
Fees are payable before each session by debit or credit card. Payments can also be made in advance by Paypal via my website or I can provide you with bank transfer details.
For the Initial Consultation or the Stop-Smoking session, fees must be paid in advance via Paypal on my website or I can provide you with bank transfer details. Once payment is received, I will confirm your appointment.
Past Life Regression Therapy:
This session lasts approximately 2 hours - £80
Fees must be paid in advance in order to secure your booking. Payments can be made by Paypal via my website or I can provide you with bank transfer details.
Inter-Life Regression:
Inter-Life regression is comprised of 2 sessions of 2 hours each - £160 total for both. Fees must paid in advance in order to secure your booking. Should a third session be required or requested, this will be charged at a reduced rate of £60 (for 2 hours). Payments can be made via my website on Paypal or I can provide you with bank transfer details. Please note that it is best to schedule this series of sessions in close proximity of each other, preferably within a week.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy: Whilst I can give you examples of other clients’ successes and real testimonials, I am unable to guarantee success to individuals. This is because your participation, dedication and effort are key. I can promise you my complete commitment in helping you achieve your goals, but please know that this is a collaborative effort and the best results are a product of teamwork achieved between therapist and client.
Past Life Regression Therapy and Inter-life Regression: While I can promise to do my utmost to lead you through a session(s) to the best of my abilities, please note that not everyone is able to access a past life or inter-life experience on their initial attempt(s). For some, it comes with practice and perseverance. If you have any questions, we can discuss this further prior to your regression session.
Whatever is discussed in the clinic remains confidential. Information shared during our sessions will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.
